Kids Home Fitness Inc. (hereinafter “Kids Home Fitness”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. • Create your child’s Kids Club Profile;
• Create a Parents Club Profile;

• Contact us with a comment, question or complaint.

Product Purchases:
When you purchase a product through our Website, we collect your name, address, phone number and debit or credit card-related information for the purposes of processing and administering your payment. We also collect your email address, which we use to send you a temporary password and user name for the Kids Club and Parents Clubs and to communicate with you regarding the Program you purchased (for example, to notify you that your child has reached a certain goal or that you child has not logged-on to the Website for a period of time).

Kids Club/Parents Club Profile:
When you create your child’s Kids Club Profile or a profile on the Parents Club, we collect optional information such as you or your child’s name, age, gender, birthday, likes and dislikes. We use this information to create you or your child’s profile. Your Parents Club profile can only be viewed by you, and your child’s Kids Club profile can only be viewed by you and your child. If you chose to provide you or your child’s birthday, we use it to send you or your child a birthday card. We also collect information you or your child provide relating to your child’s participation in our Program and/or Kids Club, including any test results. We use this information to track your child’s progress. By creating a Parents Club Profile, you are able to monitor your child’s activities and progress with the Program and also obtain additional information on topics such as parenting, health, fitness, coaching and motivation. The Kids Club provides your child with educational games, fun challenges, contests, professional support and motivation.

Marketing Communications:
From time to time, we may obtain your consent to send you marketing or promotional communications about our products, services, promotions or events that may be of interest to you. If you wish to withdraw your consent for such communications, you may do so by contacting us as set out in the “How to Contact Us” section below or by following the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in your email.

Contests, Promotions or Surveys:
When you enter a contest, participate in a promotion, or respond to one of our surveys, we may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We use this information to administer your participation in the contest or promotion and, for surveys, to help us understand our customers and to contact you with follow-up questions. At the time you are entering the contest, promotion or survey, we may ask your permission to send you future marketing information from Kids Home Fitness or its marketing partners.
